Good grammar matters
Now you may be thinking that my mini obsession with the apostrophe is a little OTT and that I'm making a fuss about nothing.
Well I may be a little more unforgiving than some when it comes to apostrophe abuse and misuse, but here's why...
According to a survey by Royal Mail, poor communication could be losing UK businesses a staggering £41bn in lost sales.
74% of all customers said they would not trust businesses using poor grammar and spelling and over one third said they would not buy a product or service from a business with poor communication.
So based on these statistics, I think it's fairly clear to see that good grammar really does matter.
